Dr. N.Kodeseswaran , has 24years of teaching experiencein educationalsector.He has graduated in tamil literature in Madurai Kamaraj University in the year1990. He has obtained his Master degree in tamil literatureinthe year 1996,He has obtained his Bachelor of Education in Madurai Kamaraj University inthe year 1993 and Master degree in tamil literature inthe year1996,He has obtained his Master of education in Madurai Kamaraj Universityinthe year2005. And M.Phil education inthe year2009.He has obtained his M.Phil Linquisticswith First classin Annamalai University inthe year2010.He has been awarded with the Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Tamil literatureinthe year2011. In addition to that he has completed CLIS course in Annamalai Universityinthe year2012He worked as a UG and PG assistant in National Mat.Hr.Sec school omalur during the year1994-2004and he moved to Vivekananda T.T.I for women worked as Tamil lectures during the year 2004-2007.He worked as anAssistant professor of Tamil Vivekanandacollege of education for womenElayampalayam during the year 2007-2012.He hascontinued his collegiate service in Rabindranath Tagorecollege of education for women Veerachiplayam from 2012-2015and in Annai Terasa College of Educationduring the year 2015 to 2018.He has presented 15 seminar papers in Tamil literature.Hehas been a trainer in Himalayan wood badge scouter ,B.S.I. He has been awarded byTamilnadu state scout award for his long term service .He has been a Sangagiri educational district Secretary duringthe period 2002 to 2004.He has trained10 scout studentsand helped them in getting Rajiya Bruasker award during the period 2002-2004 and also he has trained 14 studetns ingetting president scout award during the period 2002-2004.He has published threeSpiritualbooks.As a dedicated Professor,he inspired the students and became a role model for his students. He is very keen in educating Discipline, values and social responsibilities to the students.And hehas elevatedas a Principal and continuinghis servicein producing efficient teachers.
