The inaugural function for the first B.ed classes, Paavai college of Education, was held at10.a.m 31 st August, 2017 at the college premises. The function started with a prayer song Smt. N.Mangai Natarajan, correspondent, Paavai Institutions, lit the “Kuthuvilakku” as a symbol of divine. Shri. CA.V.Natarajan, chairman, Paavai Institutions, presided over the function. Prof.S.Balamurali, Principal, Paavai College of Education, welcomed the gathering. The chairman in his presidential address, pointed out that doing B.Ed course in Paavai is different from other Institutions. Paavai will provide a good platform for the student teachers to improve their skills and knowledge. The correspondent, Smt. N.Mangai Natarajan, Paavai Institutions, felicitated the gathering. In her Felicitation address, she said that experience is the best teacher; students should aspire to learn more from the experience of others as well as from themselves. The function concludes with the vote of thanks proposed by Mrs.P.Poongothai, Asst Prof, Paavai College of Education. at the end “Padha Pooja” was performed by all the first year students to their parents.
