Paavai Educational Institutions’ Placement Day for 2019 passouts was celebrated on 15.04.2019. The Placement Day function was Presided by Shri.CA.N.V.Natarajan, Chairman, Paavai Educational Institutions. Mr. B.P.Udaykumar, Chairman, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Salem and Managing Partner, BSP Refineries, Salem was the chief guest and Mr. Shri. Sudhakar Vaidyalingam, Vice Chairman-CII Salem was the guest of honour for the Placement Day celebration at Paavai Institutions. Smt. Mangai Natarajan, Correspondent, Paavai Educational Institutions lighted the Kuthuvilakku. Ms. P.Durga, II Year ECE student of Paavai Engineering College Welcomed the gathering. Shri.CA.N.V.Natarajan, the Chairman of Paavai Institutions delivered the Presidential Address and Smt. Mangai Natarajan, Correspondent, Paavai Educational Institutions felicitated the function and congratulated the students who were offered. Shri.CA.N.V.Natarajan, Chairman, Paavai Educational Institutions honored the Chief guest and Guest of Honor with the mementos. Chief guest Shri B.P.Udaykumar during his speech spoke about how a Placement day is very important for an Engineering student. He claimed that today’s youngsters have the potential to change the future of India with several key factors like Age, Education and Competency to achieve many things in life. He stated that being young, energetic and focused will pave way for success in life. He advised our students to be straightforward and to be sincere in all their efforts and instructed not to compromise in these attributes. He concluded his speech by wishing our students success in life. Guest of Honor, Shri. Sudhakar Vaidyalingam, while addressing the students spoke about how every Paavai student who got placed should become a brand ambassador of Paavai Institutions by working hard, being sincere and truthful to their respective companies. Only this attitude will pave way for great opportunity for the Juniors in Paavai Institutions. This attitude will deem a lot of respect for the students in the companies, which will in turn create a lot of respect for Paavai Institutions. He congratulated the students for their success in life. A total 63 corporate companies visited Paavai Institutions to hire our 2019 passing out students . A total of 1899 students were placed in companies like Tech Mahindra, Infosys, HCL, TCS, L & T, Sanmar, SPIC, TVS, LGB, Nextweb, Poornam Info vision, ABCO Technologies, L&T for the academic year 2018 – 2019. Mrs.S.Mahalakshmi , Training & Placement Officer introduced the Chief Guest & Guest of Honor .Ms. R.Sweshika II Year ECE student of Paavai Engineering College delivered the Vote of thanks and was followed by National Anthem. Director – Administration , Dr.K.K.Ramasamy & Director – Training & Placement , Mr.S.Srinivasan, Principals, Deans, Heads of Various Departments , Professors & Students of Paavai Educations Institutions were a part of this Celebration.
